Parish Priest: Father Anton Madej

Father Anton Medej, SCJ

I belong to the Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart of Betharram. Betharram is a small village and shrine to Our Lady about nine miles outside of Lourdes.  Many people have heard of the Grottos of Betharram, but not so many about the shrine where our founder St Michael Garicoits brought our Congregation into being.

Regular Mass Times

No Masses at Church until further notice.

The following website gives a number of live stream Masses and other acts of Catholic worship throughout the day and from Catholic churches across the UK and Ireland that people may want to watch and join in.

  1. Live Stream from St Teresa of the Child Jesus, Trent Vale with Fr Michael Glover
  2. Live Stream Mass by Church Services TV

Our Church is closed to the public

In his Address to the Nation the Prime Minister on Monday outlined the necessary steps that we must now take to combat the spread of the Coronavirus. The Government has mandated that all Churches and places of worship must now close their doors to the public. Masses will still be said without the congregation.

You can watch Mass by live stream from St Teresa of the Child Jesus, Trent Vale
